How do I obtain a copy of a Police Report?

For Accident Reports: Please visit
Crashdocs.org and follow the directions.
Please allow 7-10 days for reports to be completed and approved. Information about drivers and vehicles involved in crashes
will not be given out over the phone. You must request a copy of the report to obtain any information. There is a $15.00 fee associated with obtaining CTPD Accident Reports

For all other Reports: You may request in person, phone or email. Responses to report or information requests can be sent vial mail, email or left at the front lobby window for pick up by the requestor. Please provide as much information as possible, including the Incident Report From (IRF) number, the date, time location, and people involved.
To request a copy of the report, in person, complete the Report and Information Request Form and hand it to Police Support Staff. There is no fee most other reports, however if a fee is required the requester can use the
