The Flu Shot Clinic held October 16-17 at Cheltenham High School was a success.
Montgomery County’s Flu Shot Clinic held at Cheltenham High School over the weekend was a successful event. People were required to register in advance for the drive-through clinic, which had 170 participants on Friday, October 16 and 330 on Saturday, October 17.
Traffic patterns entering and exiting the clinic were planned and clearly marked. The event was a trial run for a possible future COVID-19 vaccine clinic, and thanks to a great team of Township Emergency Management personnel, Cheltenham School District personnel and Montgomery County Office of Public Health officials, the clinic was successful through both rain and shine.
