The Historical Commission meets on the second Thursday of the month at 7:30 p.m. at the Richard Wall House Museum, located at 1 Wall Park Drive in Elkins Park. Anyone interested in joining the Commission should send a letter to the Township Manager at 8230 Old York Road, Elkins Park, PA 19027-1589. Members of the Commission are to attend meetings and participate with the Commission’s activities and events, typically by being a docent at least four times a year at the Wall House during the Museum’s open hours on Sundays. With approval from the Executive Committee, performance of alternate activities/roles may be done in lieu of Sundays at the Wall House.
