The 27th Annual Cheltenham Township Community Harvest Festival promises fun for all ages with a lineup of exciting activities on Saturday, October 21 (rain date October 22). Admission is free with plenty of on-site parking.

As always, the festival setting is beautiful Curtis Arboretum, a 45-acre park located at 1250 W. Church Road in Wyncote. The fun starts at noon and wraps up after dark with a fireworks finale around 7:15 p.m.

Festival highlights include:
• all-day music and entertainment, including DJ Dave Boice; Ree Ree the Clown Kids Show; Point Blank Band playing 50s and 60s oldies; and the Company C Band offering Motown and more.
• 10 to 15 minute scenic hayrides through the arboretum from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tickets are $4 each, but children under age 3 are free. Ticket sales end at 4:15 p.m., and the last hayride will run at 5:00 p.m.
• craft fair offering great buys.
• inflatable amusements with a variety of bounces and other fun challenges for the kids.
• Oribitron and trampoline rides.
• wacky arcade-style games where youngsters win prizes. Arcade tickets are 4 for $1 or 26 for $5.
