Over 25 talented artists will showcase their fully juried handmade crafts and artwork during Cheltenham Township’s Ninth Annual Glenside Street Fair on Saturday, October 2 (rain date October 3).  From 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the event will feature fine art, jewelry, paper making and more on Easton Road between Glenside Avenue and Waverly Road in Downtown Glenside. Local merchants will also present sidewalk sales and discounts during this popular event, designed to showcase the shops in Glenside. This year's event will emphasize the diverse nature of Glenside and offer international music, entertainment and food. Many merchants will also represent locations around the globe.

Live entertainment will include rock and acoustic music and performances by local dance troupes.  A Children’s Corner will feature face painting, interactive music and other activities. The Wesley Plaza food court will join many wonderful eateries in Glenside offering tasty treats. Parking and admission are free.

Sponsors of the Glenside Street Fair, which is supported by the Greater Glenside and Eastern Montgomery County Chambers of Commerce, include FineCare, Inc., Urban Engineers, PECO, Arcadia University and the many fine shops of Downtown Glenside.
